Sony Online Entertainment premiered its newest online games at E3, the entertainment industry’s premier trade show. SOE develops and distributes all of its own applications and the goal of the event was to both inform the media and launch the newest titles and upgrades.

EXM managed all of the pre-show and on-site activity including booth design, fabrication, installation services and the development of the multimedia presentation.

During the Licensing Show in New York City, EXM supervised the installation of the exhibit and worked extensively with all of the vendors to create the most vibrant stop on the show floor. Nickelodeon, the world’s leading television network for children, uses its trade show participation as a cornerstone to its brand awareness and distribution plans.

When it was time take the message to the streets, EXM outfitted a tour bus with computers, Internet connections, and mobile presentation space to help the PRODIGY “army” offer demonstrations at local retail locations, communicate fairs, national events like NASCAR ® races and the MLB ® All-Star Game. Everything that was required to show the online service to consumers and businesses was loaded aboard.

For over fourteen months, the tour crossed the United States to deliver the message and grow the member base.

Election.com, the Internet’s leading election services company, required an efficient and unique trade show solution. EXM helped select the best possible suppliers from a length list of partners and designed a support plan which included storage, preparation, shipping, and installation and audio-visual presentations.

Ortho Biotech raised a challenge; deliver its message about PROCRIT ® , a pharmaceutical developed to fight the anemia associated with cancer chemotherapy, to oncologists, hospital pharmacists and cancer research technicians.

EXM spearheaded the campaign and coordinated the efforts put forth by a number of agencies and production companies. A customized environment was outfitted with visual reality display in use at trade shows worldwide and a registration processes which collected data and transmitted it back for immediate fulfillment. This educational experience entitled “In My Steps”, toured major medical facilities across the United States and Europe and offered invited professionals an opportunity to simulate the debilitating effects.

EXM delivered both the trade shows management and the interactive, live-active presentation for the new PocketReader, a handheld scanner manufactured by Siemens and introduced at COMDEX.

This show floor campaign anchored the company’s US release of the product, highlighted the brand and helped drive incremental sales.
